Very disappointing pictures not true reflection of rooms
Breakfast there was very good choice and staff went above an beyond to assist and help with whatever we wanted for breakfast, no complaints at all was very good.
The rooms were tired and in need of refurbishment, not clean, under beds were filthy, staff do no clean under beds. Also we had to move rooms due to what looked like small ants on tea/coffee tray and saucers even in room we moved to had to buy a spray to get rid of them. Be careful what room you sleep in as if mosque side you will be woken every morning at 3.30am with the call to prayer, it’s exhausting. Also gym air conn didn’t work properly so at times was very hot working out, staff spoke minimal English so was difficult to get them to understand. Room service was brilliant on first night but each night after that the orders were consistently wrong again due to order taker not able to understand in English what was required. The chicken on the last night was just clumps if batter very little chicken on the tray ️
